On Friday, 20th of May, our 6th year students celebrated their graduation by coming together with their families and teachers for a wonderful ceremony in the school gym.
Yesterday the Erasmus+ Exchange students had a sports morning at a local sports centre trying our hand at Baddel and Tennis amongst other sports. This was followed by workshops in the afternoon. Today is our final day of the Exchange before an early
On Tuesday the Erasmus+ Exchange group started the day by visiting the buildings of the European Parliment where they got a guided tour. They also had a Meet and Greet with Irish MEP Billy Kelleher who was fantastic with his time.
On Monday the Erasmus+ Exchange group, along with their German and Belgian Partner Schools had a really busy and exciting day in Diest, including a meeting with the Mayor of Diest, Christophe De Graef at City Hall.
Congratulations to Ciagan Davoren who was named on the U20 Mens SCA Team of the Tournament which was held in Dublin recently. What an achievement for this young athlete.

Best of luck to our 5th year Erasmus+ group who are heading off to KSD Talent Diest, Belgium for a week long exchange with our Belgian and German partner's today.
The TY students turned out in style this week at the Loughrea Hotel for this years TY Ball where they enjoyed a fantastic meal followed by dancing into the night. Well done to the students who organised such a memorable event.
The 1st and 2nd Year Girls Football team had a great experience today playing in the NUIG Connacht GAA Air Dome against Mercy, Sligo in the Connacht Quarter Final. Well done girls.
