Senior B Boys Volleyball

Pictured are our Senior B Boys volleyball team who competed in the VAI All Ireland championships held in Kilkenny on Thursday 16th of December.

The team won there three group matches beating Patrician Presentation Fethard 25-18 in the first match where Siphiwe Nkosi and Jack Fallon’s good service helped Brigid’s to control this game.

In the second match they beat Celbridge Community 25-9 Luke Skelly and Thomas Pierce set up some great balls for Oscar Shine to smash and in their final group game they beat Colaiste Phobail Setanta 25-12 with Sophie Nkosi hitting some spectacular winning shots.

In the quarter finals they came up against Charleville CBS and lost narrowly 23-25 ending their winning streak.
